The standoff at the wyndham are started at 2 25 yesterday. You can see right here, Santa Clara County sheriffs department. You can see there were still a number of police units at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in san jose. The police are able to locate a suspect here yesterday afternoon, isolating him outside the room on the second floor. All we know at this point is he has a warrant and guess who were on the second floor, were relocated relocated. Police said they wanted him to peacefully surrender. We did speak to the police about this current standoff situation and we got an update from police on where the negotiations stand. Waiting here in the lobby. Some guys go to the second floor. All of this, it is the police presence. They said theres somebody on the second floor who is a bad guy. And throughout the next four hours, there are five or six negotiators here. So there is a lot of policemen and negotiators. Negotiators have been not necessarily bad. We havent made a lot of progress but he hasnt made any threats at this point.
