Police say he was driving on 121 in napa county when a boulder crashed into his car sending it down this hillside. The fire burns the vegetation out and now we have all those boulders that normally holding them up another risk of coming down. Cal trans geologist says that section is prone to rock slides. Reporter San Franciscos Emergency Services department is investigating something that happened here at station 11. The allegations are that a party in honor of a firefighters transfer got out of hand. So far at least five firefighters and command staff have been notified they are under investigation. Investigators want to know whether the station misrepresented its abilities to handle life saving calls when its on duty parmts was incapacitated. That could violate the licenses agreement between the Fire Department and the department of health. According to supervisor. The eelgss are very disturbing. Michael towed his car to the local dealer where he learned his transmission had failed. Why . Well, michael says the Service Manager told him the spare fuse was incorrectly marked. It was actually linked to the transmission and that caused the failure. Michael paid 175 to have it fixed. He didnt think he should be on the hook for that 175 bucks because he says the fuse was incorrectly marked. So, he filed a claim with dodge for a refund. Because were talking about it, you know that dodge denied the refund. He reached out to us for help. We contacted dodge and michael received a 175 dollar refund. Fiat chrysler wouldnt confirm if the fuse was incorrectly marked. It did issue a statement and said that it is pleased to resolve this issue and extends apologies to the customer.
