Two inches of water covered the slow lain of northbound highway 7 south of hamilton avenue. Crews did the best to clear the area but it meant delay. In morgan hill more li more flooding on highway 101. Chp officers say the critical mistake drivers making coming across flooded highways is skramg on the brakes. Safest thing to do is take the foot off the accelerator dont touch the brake and maintain the Steering Wheel straight.
