There are dozens of officers who have repeatedly asked the suspect to come out with his hands up. A neighborhood on lock down, more than two dozen patrol cars swarmed the area looking for a suspect. It started when a Patrol Officer spotted a man he recognized who has a felony warrant for burglary, police followed him to the home and set up a perimeter, but the man was later seen jumping over fences trying to escape. Were trying to see if he lives there, what his status is. Reporter ivan has been outside since 1 00 waiting with neighbors. Everyone is wondering if were safe here. Reporter one of the neighbors was trying to move out of the house, tonight delayed, hoping the suspect would give himself up. Its not too nice to be out here. We dont know if its a precaution that sometimes happens in these incidents or if someone has been injured. Waiting on more information from police.
