The San Francisco medical Examiners Office has identified the driver of the dump truck. 38yearold Caesar Gonzalez of san pablo was killed yesterday when the truck he was driving overturned, pinning him. It happened on southbound 101 at hospital curve. A Community Bus was also involved in the crash. Five passengers were injured, but all are expected to be okay. The community of red bluff is coming together for a pray vigil for the victims of rancho tehama. A gunman killed people on tuesday, targeting an Elementary School and several children are among the injured. He was eventually killed in a shootout with police. Tonights vigil is being held from 6 00 to 7 00, at red bluff vineyard. Continuing to push ahead in the north bay fire zone, cal fire posted these photos today of a briefing in santa rosa. Congressman ken calvert, Mike Thompson on hand to discuss the rebuilding process. Cal fire says its going to take everyone working together to help these communities rebuild. Yesterday, state conservation members were in the fire zone, removing debris from streams and installing Flood Control measures. Meantime, peak fire season is coming to a close. Cal fire said recent rains and cooler temperatures have lowered the threat of wildfires in the bay area. Heres a list of the counties that will no longer be in peak fire season as of monday.
