We want to get to the overnight developments in the investigation in the massacre in the texas church. One of the survivors inis sharing her heartbreaking story for the first time. The air force is investigating how the suspect was able to obtain a gun after being convicted of Domestic Violence while in the military. Under federal law, that should not have happened. This as we learn more about the massive stockpile of ammo used in the shooting. Reporter this morning new images emerging. Devin kelley unloaded hundreds of rounds, emptying 15 magazine clips from an Assault Rifle like this one, all while dressed in black, according to authorities wearing a face mask with a white skull on it. I can tell you that the scene in there is horrific. Not even a word to describe it. Reporter Police Suggesting kelleys at tk on the First Baptist church may not have been random. And questions may have been raised if he was targeting his motherinlaw who was a member of the church but not there on sunday. We know there was conflict between the families. Whether that was revenge or not, would be speculation on my part. Reporter more than two dozen parishioners killed in the rampage. Nearly half of the victims children, all gunned down during a sermon like this one last week. Rosanna sole las was shot but survived by hiding under a pew. Reporter Officials Say after he left the church, the suspect was con fronted by an armed neighb neighbor, Stephen Williford who shot him in the torso and leg. Every time i heard a shot, i knew that represented a life. I was scared to death. Reporter after a highspeed chase, the gunman would fire his last shot, a bullet to his own head. But authorities now say kelley should have never been able to legally purchase the Assault Rifle and two handguns discovered in his suv. In 2012, the former air force Service Member was convicted of assaulting his wife and fracturing his baby stepsons skull. The Domestic Violence conviction should have made it illegal for kelley to purchase weapons. But the air force admits his courtmartial was never entered into the National Criminal database, a mistake the department of defense is now reviewing. At a somber vigil overnight, the two heroes credited with stopping the bloodshed, share a warm embrace. Two men that saved lives, while others are fighting for their own. Police are mapping out the crime scene. Investigators say of the gunman was shot during the highspeed chase and took his own life, he called his father and said he wasnt going the make it. According to a new reporter the new Yorker Weinstein hired private investigators, some former Israeli Intelligence agents to dig up dirt on his accusers and reporters looking into his behavior. She says weinstein raped her. He has repeatedly denied any allegation of nonconsensual sex. After the new yorker article came out, mcgowan tweeted, i sleigh dragons. But weinstein did not fall from grace without a fight. Over the course of a year, weinstein had agencies target or collect information on dozens of individuals and compile psychological profiles that sometimes focused on their personal or sexual history. Weinstein monitored the progress of the investigations personally. The article also says weinstein strong armed former employees to help him and hired a freelance jury roomist to dig around. Weinsteins attorneys did not respond to an nbc news request for comments. But a spokesperson told the new yorker, its a fiction to suggest that any individuals were targeted or suppressed at any time. Weinstein ag cueser anabela said she was scared and suspicious when she got a call. I knew what it was to be threatened by harvey. According to the new yorker, some of the investigative work was funneled through attorney david boys, who counseled al gore in the 2004 president ial recount. Boucher came on to his property and tackled him from behind, forcing him to the ground. Pauls spokesperson said the senator suffered five rib fractures. One example that slipped through, this video, entitled paw patrol babies, that shows characters in the show in violent situations. Its being created by independent animators.
