I can imagine how people would look at the situation and say that seems crazy why didnt this group respond to her in a better way. I think it is in the nature unfortunately of what we are doing in terms of taking over marginal housing and trying to operate it as best we can. Tndc took ownership of the building just over a year ago from the San Francisco Housing Authority.
