We went back to cottage greenz. By email a board spokesperson said never received the doctors note and a week later said the dogs would be allowed to stay. We still had questions but kolage green declined our request for interview and even a phone call. The spokesperson said in an email, the issue is satisfied as to mr. And mrs. Rodriguez, there is nothing further to discuss. Luis and gloria hope others learn from their struggle. If its happening to me, it must be happening to other people. We just want to get on in life and respect our neighbors and the community and just be part of this community. One more important note, people with assistance animals do not have to disclose what their disability is. Also, the state says landlord can refuse assistance animals in two circumstances, if the animal poses a known threat like having a history of biting or lounging at people.
