According to the National Oceanic and atmospheric adm administrati administration, california will get a lot of rain in what is being called an el nino winter, translation very wet with rain lasting into the spring. Will this be the drought buster we need . Even if we get a lot of rain, its not likely to end the drought because our weather is too warm. Predictions recently issued by the National Weather service also include warmer than average conditions for that same region making it less likely that we will be able to rebuild the snow pack. And that means less water run off which we need to get back to normal levels. So, get your gutters cleaned, but keep conserving water. Were not finished with the drought yet.
