It felt like fashion week in Duluth's Craft District Saturday afternoon.
Kirsten Aune Textiles debuted hand-printed textiles on assorted apparel including shorts, shirts, tunics, jumpsuits, dresses and a business suit at her own fashion show.
"Its hand sewn, hand made. I'm trying to bring back the idea of also craftsmanship in your clothes and finding patterns," said Aune, explaining what makes them special. "A lot of my patterns, I just pick up at Salvation Army or Goodwill and I have people that help me read the patterns and sew."
Kirsten Aune Textiles is open four days a week, Thursday through Sunday, and also offers shopping online.
