Kirksville police arrest reports: March 1-11, 2024 | Kirksville Daily Express

Tisha Carole Meyers, 58, of Kirksville, was arrested on West Potter Avenue on two warrants at 12:46 a.m. on March 11. The first warrant was issued on Aug. 4, 2023 by Judge Kristen Dawn Burks of La Plata Municipal Division, for failure to appear on a stealing/larceny/theft charge dated Aug. 20, 2022. Burks issued a second warrant for Meyers on Jan. 24, 2024, for failure to report to her probation officer and failure to pay court costs and fines. Bond was set at $500, cash only.
