Killer robot fears in South Korea as cops say worker was crushed to death by vegetable-packing machine because its sensors detected the box he was carrying

The victim had moved near the robot with a box in his hands during his shift on Tuesday when he was slammed against the conveyor belt by the machine's robotic arms.
