Kidnapping suspect arraigned, faces bail, prelim hearings

After a Tuesday arraignment on several felony charges, Dajon Daniel ordered to face a bail hearing on Monday and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 16 in Department 8 in the Justice Center in Fairfield.
