Kidnapper who snatched toddler from her home while punching her grandfather in the face and saying 'that child belongs to jihad' is jailed for nearly four years

Andrzej Jasinski, 38, walked into the home of a complete stranger on residential Thomson Street in Carlisle, at around 9am on September 9.
