It is going to be moving up the coast of baja, california. In the next day or so by sunday at 5 00 a. M. , it will be a level one. As it makes its way into the border of california it could be a level one or Tropical Storm. On wednesday doors opened to t first Northern California location at westfield Valley Fair Mall in the south bay. On tuesday night there was a soft opening for friends and family. You have got to come in with an open mind. Do not be intimidated. We will guide you through the process and how to eat it. We will cook from start to finish. Lauren this location was originally slated to open last year. We went through some challenges in building but we are excited to be here. We wanted to be in the bay area. Lauren the mall continues to draw restaurants that are considered cult favorite. This is experts say the traditional mall needs to be rethought. In 2019 valley fair underwent a billiondollar renovation, including adding more space and investment for shoppers and foodies. We did the Market Research and the Demographics Research and we felt the people that come to valley fair is the demographic of the people that eat at the restaurant. We thought it was a great match. I think in general kbbq is a huge part of the culture. We are really excited to have a new korean barbecue spot. I work at the mall. I am able to see all of the new restaurants and this is one of the top favorites already. I think with the big splash that italy made when it was in san jose a lot of people from San Francisco and east bay came down. With the addition of this everyone will want to come to san jose.
