So, if thi today, that means indoor thanksgiving plans with people outside your family will need to be changed. Restaurants will only be allowed to serve outside. Restaurants that have probably already ordered all the food they thought they would need for thanksgiving. Now, right now in this county, you can stay out past 10 00. But just a few blocks that way you get to palo alto and the curfew goes into effect. They have to be in at 10 00 p. M. The thinking is this county will switch over to purpal ale and t curfew applied here, as well. We should learn that later today from that press conference from the state. Positive news in the race for a coronavirus vacc lg that astrazenecas vaccine could be even more accessible than others in development. Thats because early data indicates smaller doses of the vaccine are more effective. When trial volunteers got a half dose followed by a full dose a month later it was 90 effective. Two full doses was just 62 effective. Why would less vaccine produce a stronger immune response . Abc7 news special correspondent dr. Patel explains one theory. We still need to figure out what is happening within the data but one speculation is that the smaller dose is similar to the actual infection. Abc7 News Reporter Julian Glover live with a full breakdown of the governors vaccine timeline. Julian. Hey, good morning, kumasi. None of these vaccines have been approved yet by fda. Some of them are really challenging in terms of what is required to distribute them. And i think theres going to be far more vaccines than we currently see by the time the late winter comes along. Now, he said with the winter looming that we really need to understand that things are going to close and reopen again as the state dials up or dials down whats available depending on case numbers. Dr. Besser also called on congress to work on another Coronavirus Relief package especially to help communities that have been disproportionately affected by the virus.
