The oxford vaccine was tested in two different dosing regimens. The first regimen was actually a half dose given initially then a full dose given for the second required inoculation, and the results showed that for the first arm or a half dose was given first actually had Better Outcomes in terms of efficacy. The oxford vaccine is actually more of a traditional vaccine whereas the moderna and pfizers vaccine uses a newer technology.
