Can you explain what that means and how this vaccine is different from, say, pfizers or modernas vaccines. The first from pfizer and moderna and that oxford vaccine is more of a traditional vaccine, whereas the moderna and Pfizer Vaccines use a newer technology. Are facing a shortage of staff due to the surge in covid cases. What can be done about it . Many Health Care Workers are less willing to go to certain areas seeing these large surges in cases. Health care workers for many, many months have sacrificed their lives and their livelihood to work in the front lines. As were seeing some of these cities that individuals are not doing what they need to do to keep themselves safe, theyre also not allowing the Health Care Workers to remain safe. Lastly, los angeles is the latest city to shut down inperson dining starting tomorrow night and pennsylvania is restricting alcohol sales. Are new restrictions like this a little too late when it comes to stopping the virus from spreading . I wouldnt say its too late. I think any of these actions are needed at this time and will have an effect. I think the fact that we got to this point is unfortunate, but i think the shutting down of restaurants or alcohol sales are needed to stop the downward trend that were seeing in safety and that we can rebound to get back to normal lives sooner rather than later.
