The push as they pause reopenings due to increasing covid19 cases. We are in the Castro District with a look at tomorrows scaled down celebration. Reporter in San Francisco, the Castro District is a place to be in halloween, but this year, the message is different. Stay away, if you are coming to have a meal or shopping in the day, thats okay. Reporter thats not is a i they are not celebrating. This year, the hope is it will be small. Heres the map of several businesses that will safely give out candy to kids and those that dress up. One of the businesses is ready with a hundred goody bags. Halloween with the time change the next day was supposeed to be the biggest halloween ever. Many San Francisco restaurants are allowed to operate at 25 in doors. They were getting ready to move to 50 next week. My heart goes out to everybody that needs to be open. Have their doors open. Paying rent. And for all the employees had that are counting on work. Over the past two weeks, hospitalizations in San Francisco, went from 23 patients to 37 patients. Well, doctors at uc davis Childrens Hospital successfully separated a rare set of conjoined twins during surgery that lasted 24 hours. Ten month old conjoined twins, were born fused at the head from a condition that occurs in one out of every 2. 5 million births. A team of 30 people performed the surgery in a specifically designed operating room. The doctors spent months preparing for the procedure and the parents were confident it would be successful.
