The napa valley register says even one of the supervisors wore an orange tie to the supervisor meeting yesterday. Theyre so happy to be in the orange tier. This means that more businesses can welcome more customers inside. Restaurants can now double their capacity. They can now have 50 capacity inside. Gyms can go from 10 to 25 capacity. Great news for napa wineries, they can also serve people inside. Bowling alleys, those will now reopen. The team at napa bowl is very excited. Thank god. It wouldnt be much longer and we wouldnt be able to open any way. Thank goodness our colors have changed and we are able to open, even though its at 25 . 25 is better than no percent. To get back out here and do what i love doing, ill be happy for that. Movie theaters are also on the list that can allow more people inside. County officials are praising residents for working hard to stop the spread of the virus and getting the county to the orange tier, but theyre also encouraging everyone to keep it up. They want to stay in this orange tier. This is good timing for restaurants, its chillier this morning, definitely heading into the cooler months, so a great time to open their doors and allow more people inside. The city will not cite or arrest violators, instead they will direct them to resources to help them comply with the rules. Oakland mayor libby schaaf commented the city council in a statement saying this policy sets Public Health and policy standards for the wellbeing of encampment standards and neighbors, defines High Sensitivity areas and how the city will address unsafe conditions. This morning hes speaking publicly about he disputes the notion that officers entered taylors apartment without warning which was legal at the time with a noknock warn. So we get up.
