And indoor gatherings, Worship Services would be allowed to happen indoors at 25 capacity or 100 people, whichever is fewer. Outdoor gatherings would allow 200 people and shopping malls would be able to operate at 50 capacity, indoor shopping malls. For Restaurant Owners this is a lifeline for them. Election Officials Say those long lines at the polls had nothing to do with any systematic failure but just the sheer volume of people voting.
