I consider myself and many who know me to be an awesome kid. I agree with that, by the way. But forget about me, let me introduce you to my most wonderful person in the world, my mother. My mom is an amazing nurse and a fulltime caretaker for my father who continues to gallantly fight lou fwar disease or als. She has so many responsibilities, but she never does fail to smile. I love that. People with a lot of support, is caring for dad a full family effort . You know, with als, its a disease that actually takes away the function of your muscles. So, you know, walking and using your hands becomes very difficult. So i have to say that i have been very honored to take care of my husband, and with the help of my children i think thats what has kept us going. Is we help him with this battle.
