Let me just make this crystal clear, we failed to predict and plan these shortages and thats simply unacceptable. The governor did sign an emergency proclamation monday and that allowed those Energy Reserves to be used, but that flex alert is still in effect for today and wednesday. So, it is possible we could see rotating Power Outages on either today or tomorrow. That being wednesday. Now, in san jose, were hearing about 88 active outages are still at play this morning. Affecting about 3,200 customers and you have to imagine if there are kids inside of those homes, distenance learning because you need the power to get the laptops up and running and bad news for anyone looking to work from home this morning. Well have mid 70s in the north bay and this may be the last day you have total sunshine along the north bay coast and thats a sign of some changes coming. And look at these temperatures inland.
