And in San Francisco, there is a tentative deal for what Distance Learning will look like in the fall. Today nbc 7 news is focusing on teachers. A tipend of 400 to help with the cost of working from home. And additional training and planning time during the workday when responsible. And it also says the district will provide all equipment and supplies for Distance Learning. The agreement is set to be in place until june 30th of next year or until students return to inperson learning in the classroom. San francisco schools are set to start with Distance Learning in a little more than a week on august 17. Union members are expected to start voting on this agreement starting today.
