All right this next story proves that age is just a number. Were about to meet a 13yearold from houston who has a passion for fashion and turned bow ties into a big business. Bryce michael every hart is definitely a unique child. I think i have to dress for success. Always grabbed the attention of whatever room that he was. First impression is kind of like a lasting impression. So im not surprised as to what he was doing today because he was doing it very young. I want to make sure that their First Impression of me is good. That is also one of the key things that i push in my business. I was 8 years old when i started. Im 13 now. I sell bow ties, squares, pins and custom design. My sister is a fashion designer. So i kind of grew up around fashion. The name of my basically for i just added for men. I work pretty hard. Kind of relaxed. Have gone to become full fledged normal kid. You know, it was good for a couple weeks. But then i had to get back to business. I realized very early i think it was probably at the first event. And a guy gave me a hundred dollars and he bought like ten lapel pins. I could actually do this. My mom is a pretty big inspiration because hes one of the reasons i started. Working with brice isnt easy. Shes also one of my best employees. I was directing him kind of giving him advice what he needs to do or more bryce should do is this. I had to fire her at one point. He said, i dont need your help. Youre fired. And i was like how could you really fire me . And he says, the student has become the teacher. But then i rehired her because i realized how much i need her. He had to hire me back. Hes a minor. Its been beautiful. The like a butterfly. Starts like a caterpillar and takes its color and its wings. Brice is creating a legacy. Hes creating a vision and a dream and hes allowing that to happen. It is being manifested each and every time he sits behind that sewing machine. All the way up. You know . Nothing can stop me. Love the creativity.
