And San Francisco police are investigating the shooting death of this 6yearold boy. Hs family has identified him as jace young. He was killed while celebrating the fourth of july. Police are saying that this is an active homicide investigation. The shooting happened oven gel street near la salle avenue in the bay view ath nigsaturday ni. And the bay view is in this supervisors district. An incident is one too many and we want to do everything we can to end all the homicides in our communities. Police do not have a sdripg of t description of the suspect or suspects. They are asking you to call their Anonymous Tip Line if you have any information. A suspect in the disappearance and murder of a ft. Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen is expected to be in court today. Guillens death has ignited demands for justice. The winds are a big concern for firefighters battling the fires. Evacuation orders from the park fire were lifted last night. 80 people had been told to leave after the fire broke out late saturday night. The fir burned 350 acres, but 70 contained. And air quality warning is in effect in the south bay because of these fires. Eating inside a restaurant is once again banned in marin county because of worsening covid19 numbers. That will be in effect for at least three weeks. Outdoor seating and Takeout Service will not change. Marin county gave the green light to Indoor Dining june 29 but friday they were placed on a watch list of hot spots.
