The nations Largest Utility Company expected to plead guilty again to 84 counts of manslaughter connected to the wildfires sparked by its rickety electrical grid that destroyed the town of paradise. According to the District Attorney handling the case, at least 20 surviving family members will speak before the court to make for some gut wrenching testimony. But some concern over how much that settlement is worth. This morning were hearing the 911 call that led up to the Fatal Shooting of Rayshard Brooks in a wendys parking lot. Does he appear to have any weapons from where you can see it . No, no, i think hes intoxicated. Reporter this is the moment that is going to be scrutinized. As brooks is running away, you see him reach back and point that stun gun at Garrett Rolfe and thats when rolfe fires three shots. Brooks later died at the hospital. The city fired officer rolfe on saturday and this morning we are learning this wasnt his first incident with a gun. His personnel file shows he was reprimanded in 2017 for use of a firearm.
