The nations Largest Utility Company expected to plead guilty again to 84 counts of manslaughter connected to the wildfires sparked by its rickety electrical grid that destroyed the town of paradise. Ou bng rec victims are shown on a large screen in the courtroom. According to the District Attorney handling the case, at least 20 surviving family members will speak before the court to make for some gut wrenching testimony. No executives will be charged, meaning no one will go to jail for the mass killings. Pg e will be paying 13. 5 billion to wildfire victims as a part of a deal to emerge from bankruptcy. But some concern over how much that settlement is worth. Half of the 13 billio expected to be paid out to those victims families are set to be paid in pg e stock, which is set to fluctuate especially as the company tries to dig itself out of this bankruptcy and enter into what looks like another tough wildfire season. President trump and the city of atlanta expected to announce sweeping changes to Police Policy today. Now, were expecting President Trump to sign this executive order geared towards policing around noon eastern today and this executive order is coming as were hearing the 911 tape that led up to that deadly shooting of Rayshard Brooks. This morning were hearing the 911 call that led up to the Fatal Shooting of Rayshard Brooks in a wendys parking lot. Does he appear to have any weapons from where you can see it . No, no, i think hes intoxicated. Reporter this is the moment that is going to be scrutinized. As brooks is running away, you see him reach back and point that stun gun at Garrett Rolfe and thats when rolfe fires three shots. Brooks later died at the hospital. The city fired officer rolfe on saturday and this morning we are learning this wasnt his first incident with a gun. His personnel file shows he was reprimanded in 2017 for use of a firearm. President trump responded to the shooting yesterday. I thought it was a terrible situation. Reporter he is now expected to sign an executive order focused on Police Reforms later today.
