And protesters also gathering at the wendys restaurant where a Police Officer shot Rayshard Brooks friday night. The incident all captured on police body and dash cam video which began after the officers responded to a call that brooks was allegedly asleep in his car blocking the drivethru. Police say that he was then given multiple sobriety tests which they say he failinged. Can you take a breath test for me is this yes or no. I dont want to refuse anything. Reporter police say that he resisted arrest which turned into a struggle leading him to graben officers taser. He flees and appears to point the stun gun at the officers while he runs away. Officer Garrett Rolfe fired lee shots at brooks who died at the hospital after surge writry. The autopsy says the manner of death is homicide. Protesters hitting the streets over the weekend setting fire to the wendys as the Atlanta Police chief stepped down. Officer rolfe was fired and the other officer suspended. Officer rolfe was terminated without due process according to the police union. And a decision on whether to file charges is expected buyer m by mid week and he says murder charges are being considered. Following the facts, well be examining and reexamining the evidence.
