After a record black friday and cyber monday, customers are taking to social media. One twitter user writes whats the point of having an amazon delivery day and then nothing gets delivered on that day. Another post reads, i pay for amazon prime for a reason. Another says bad weather caused delays earlier but that, quote, we worked quickly to rebalance capacity across our networks setting customers up for a great rest of the season. The big hurdles that Companies Like amazon are going to face is really about making sure their logistics and fulfillment is air tight, and how weather has an impact on that.
