Jermaine brim was charged or arraigned on five counts today including murder. The altercation started at i the bay point stations and he ran off the train two stops later. His family is wondering why no one helped. He gave his life for somebody else. Thats the way he was. So the question is, why didnt kris see any police officers. B. A. R. T. Provided us with this explanation. Quote, all patrol officers are required to ride trains during each shift. We also have a team of officers dedicated to riding trains during the peak of commute. There are as many as 58 trains in service. Most shifts are staffed with about 30 officers. We do not have enough officers to be on every train. We rely on our b. A. R. T. Customers to be our eyes and ears to report illegal activity. Our officers will respond. Six people suffered minor injuries when a car crashed through the front doors of a Dollar Tree Store in vallejo. You can see the car is pretty far inside the store and the building on sonoma. As of 4 30 this afternoon, 59 had power restored, 98 in napa county and 100 in sonoma county. Pg e expected all customers to be restored by tonight or sooner. Residents certainly hope so. With land Still Available to build housing and industrial development, some residents expressed concern during our monday town hall about too much urbanization and how it could change historic districts. The east bay times reports amazon has rented a building on Longfellow Court near the Lawrence Livermore national lab to serve as a Logistics Center circuit city. The livermore deal follows the online giant renting space for a delivery hub. The state Supreme Court unanimously ruled that President Trump will not have to disclose his tax returns to appear on californias primary ballot in march. The court ruled that the law, the first of its kind in the country was unconstitutional.
