New developments tonight tiffany lee ran from the courthouse a free woman today more than three years after the death of keith green, her exboyfriend and the father of her children. Prosecutors say lee conspired with her boyfriend to kill green over a custody dispute. After deliberating for 12 days jurors acquitted lee but were deadlocked resulting in a hung jury. His mother was shocked by lees acquittal. Shathey had a family togethe and she just threw him out on the street with nothing and refused to let him see his children.
