Five people are waking up in jail following a connection to a house party in orinda. Amy martinez is in orinda. They came from four different cities, but all ended up here in jail in martinez. Teams of officers like this one, this was in marin city raided four cities to make five arrests. This is two weeks after the shootings that happened in orinda halloween night that killed five people. The arrests went smoothly. We did not hear of violence during the arrests. But the sight of these officers shocked some neighbors who couldnt believe what they were seeing. It looked like something you see in a movie. It was police everywhere. How they came here this morning, the level of humiliation and degradation that commenced, there is nothing that could justify that. Here is a list of those people arrested. The suspects range in age from 20 to 30. Theyre from san mateo, marin city, antioch and vallejo. The first four being held without bail and are charged with murder and conspiracy. The fifth, 21yearold Devin Williamson of vallejo is accused of being an accessory. His bail is 500,000. Officers did not announce a motive but sources tell abc7 news it could be an issue between two rival gangs, and the sheriff said who of the victims who died were armed. Prosecutors are asking for an immediate trial. Now, finn elder and gabe natali have been in a rome prison since the july 26th stabbing death of the officer. The teens say they didnt know thce.
