We saw in David Wrights piece hes making his most extensive this story and is this likely to help or hinder him . I think he was having difficulty in this campaign process because of the energy that Elizabeth Warren had created. I think this gives him a moment that can only help him. He basically becomes the opponent to donald trump in the midst of this conversation and all the democrats seem now to defend him in this process. It has to help him in this. About two Hours Later Police found another crime scene where three more men were found dead. The suspect who is believed to be homeless is in police custody. Now to an arrest in florida where a woman is accused of stockpiling homemade pipe bombs in an arsenal of weapons appearing in court this morning. Police were called to this tampa area home where this young woman lived with her parents. Police were stunned to find out what was inside. Authorities in florida have arrested this woman, 27yearold Michelle Kolts accused of making dozens of pipe bombs with the intent to hurt people. The amount of highly destructive materials we found in this home were astonishing. Reporter police commending her parents for turning in their daughter after they say they found bombmaking materials in her bedroom. Who knows the amount of harm that could have been done or how many lives could have been lost had these parents not found the courage to call the Sheriffs Office and seek help. Reporter sheriffs deputies allegedly uncovering a massive arsenal inside the kolts tampa area home. 24 pipe bombs loaded with nails and screw, 23 different knives. Two hatchets. Nunchakus and dozens of books about mass killing, domestic terrorism and bombmaking. Kolts admitted to police she did make the devices and was going to use them. If used these bombs could have caused catastrophic damage and harm to hundreds, even thousands of people. Reporter this isnt the first time authorities have been alerted about kolts. Last year an online Printing Company called concerned about the books kolts had been buying including guides on how to make explosives. The Sheriffs Office says at that time, they didnt think she was a threat. They could be doing it for research. They could be doing foyt are a thesis. At that time there was nothing about her that was alarming that would have put her higher on our radar at the time. Kolts is facing 24 counts of making a device with intent to harm. Yes, this was alarming but dont want to demonize this woman who is struggling with Mental Health issues, they say. Deandre somerville asked the judge to reconsider his sentence after spending ten days behind bars for missing that day of jury duty. Dea deandre said that was the first time he ever set foot in a courthouse. After a new ruling by the judge it looks like hell be spending a lot more time there. I never been to jail. Im not made for jail. Reporter this young man is now working to clear his record after spending ten days behind bars for missing jury duty. This was an immature decision that i made and i paid the price for my freedom. Reporter 21yearold Deandre Somerville was sworn in as a juror for a civil case in august. He was scheduled to appear the next morning but says he missed his alarm and overslept. Rather than heading to the courthouse or alerting the bailiff somerville went to work. Not knowing there would be major repercussions. A few days later he was served with a summons and appeared before a judge. The presiding judge, John Kastrenakes said it delay the trial by 45 minutes and originally sentenced him to ten days behind bar, one year of probation, 150 hours of Community Service and a 223 fine. He made the decision himself that it wasnt important for him to come back to court relationship but judge kastrenakes is now reducing the probation to three months, somervilles mother says shes relieved at the decision. Im glad that everything was lessened so i appreciate the judge for doing that. Reporter somerville now calls the experience a lesson learned. Im able to tell the next person who may feel like, oh, jury duty is stupid. I dont need to come. Its not stupid. Its a civic duty. The judge called this a classic example of good people making bad mistakes. Hes now considering expunging the contempt of court charge from his record. One of the conditions for that somerville will now have to give speeches to potential jurors. About the importance of jury duty. Ten days i have covered so many court case and seen lots of people get less than ten days for much more than not showing up. The judge emphasized one of the big things he didnt notify the courts after. He didnt call the jury office and say, listen, i overslept, im sorry, what do i do . He just kind of carried on.
