It is about this, you know, ability inability to cross the credibility. At some point you get tired of fighting the fight. Reporter whether it is how she runs her meetings, she considers it a great responsibility to bring more women and other underrepresented groups into leadership positions. When youre sort of breaking ceilings and introducing new change, someone has to go up there and show other women that youre almost close. Reporter what is the one barrier that if you could take it down right now for anybody trying to get into leadership positions, what would it be .
