Tsa deployed 350 officers to the border to deal with that issue but the head of the tsa says that has not impacted wait times here. He does say over this weekend you could expect a little bit longer lines, and this is a little bit longer than we see on the average morning. He says the busiest day will be sunday. I felt vindicated for my husband. I felt that this is finally the moment that weve been waiting for, that the truth came out. Authorities have so far ruled out foul play or suicide. Skaggs leaves behind his wife carli miles whom he married this past new years eve. And the results of that autopsy that could show how tyler skaggs died might not be made public for up to 90 days and, robin, you know, a lot of people have their favorite base ball teams, but there was a real sense that everyone was an angels fan here last night. We are standing in just one of several locations where police have looked for the body of his estranged wife Jennifer Dulos who has been missing since may 24th. The 51yearold father of five says that hes worried about his wife and has never wished her ill in any way. This morning the estranged husband of that missing mother of five is speaking out about his wife and her disappearance for the first time. I know what ive done and i know what i havent done. So i have to stand and fight and hope that the truth is going to come out. Reporter fotis dulos is now out on bond as he fights charges of hindering prosecution and evidence tampering in connection with his wifes disappearance telling news 4 new york to hold off before making judgments. I had my differences with jennifer, like many people do when they go through a marriage. It didnt work out for us. But that doesnt mean that i wish her ill in any way. Reporter Jennifer Dulos went missing more than a month ago after dropping her children off at school. She hasnt been seen since. And investigators say they found a substantial amount of blood and signs of a brutal assault at her home. Statistically when Something Like this happens, 90 or 95 its the spouse. So i can understand why feel like this. Im in the 5 or 10 . Reporter his attorney suggests dulos could be dead but not at the hands of his client when speaking exclusively to gma last month. Has he said i did not kill my wife . Yes. Reporter he says his client has an alibi and several witnesses can place him at his home the morning jennifer went missing but police say they have surveillance images showing a man who they believe is fotis stopping 30 times around the hartford area the night of her disappearance dropping off trash bags containing dulos bloodstained clothing. Fotis dulos also says he has faith in the legal system and hopes well all have answers soon. He says that people who know him know that he could not have done this. Robin . Linsey, thank you. One man was rescued from the rubble after calling for help on his cell phone. Abcs Steve Osunsami is there in North Carolina with more on this. Good morning, steve. Reporter good mornin e anding at the home directly acroswhe xplosion happ and the family who lives here says it sounded like an earthquake. Then they looked outside their window and saw this. The house across the street was gone. Ladder 32 is on scene. I am looking at a rubble pile. Fire in the center. Reporter this was a large home in an expensive Country Club Neighborhood reportedly worth 1. 2 million. The 6,300 square foot home was blown to bits in the blast. The dark smoke filled the charlotte sky. The explosion was enough to damage homes nearby. I heard a boom. It shook. Like, i shook. I started turning around and all the neighbors starting runs out of their houses. Reporter a man also inside the home who was trapped under his own house was able to call for help from under the mountain of wood. Firefighters found him. He was airlifted to a local inr. Firefighters worked through the suburbanhaotteoping e d cate second victim. Unfortunately in a victim was deceased. Seven firefighters had to be treated for dehydration. We all know the risk when your bad klis gets too high but can it also get too low . This new study out of penn state warns if it does there is an increased risk of stroke. Usually when you talk about cholesterol, right, everybody is talking about the high cholesterol, you know, this study is the opposite. This is talking about low cholesterol and going too low can increase your risk of stroke. So heres the deal. So 100 is usually what we say to be below for that ldl or bad cholesterol. This study said, hey, wait a second. If it gets to 70, you have an increased risk of stroke, but if it gets below 50, your increased risk is 170 . Something tells me youre not surprised by this. Im not. Cholesterol does actually healthy things in our body, okay. So we naturally produce cholesterol. Cholesterol is part of every one of our cells. It helps with hormone production, vitamin d. I think this is a good reminder, hey, wait a sick, cholesterol actually is something that we need. But who should be concerned, though . So after reading this, really the average person doesnt need to be concerned, okay. So its really a good reminder to get them checked, right. But anybody on cholesterol lowering medication, they should still take that medication, but talk to your doctor to make sure not only your cholesterol is not too high but know that its not going too low. And ive never had an experience before where i finished watching the film with everybody and we just couldnt speak. It was just like i was sitting there with my head in my hands like breathing heavily and there was no, hey, great job, well done. Good work, it was just like couldnt talk for ten minutes. That must have been awkward. Awkward silence. Seriously awkward silence. Is it because its that terrifying and disturbing. Its just that its disturbing. Huge fans of you at gma. Lets just start with the time of the year, you want to keep things cool in the kitchen. Right. Whats your number one tip. Basically dont cook in the kitchen, right. It is too hot. Especially in my apartment so as much as i can do outside is all the better for me so i dont mind seasoning, chopping, preparing indoors but if i want to cook i want to be on the grill outside. Outside, you say. Lets start with the cooking. A twist on a recipe out in the New York Times today. Today. Thats correct. Spiced chicken and pork skewers and youve got a trick to pump up the meat. Yeah, so the idea being you can use any sort of flavorful cut of meat, boneless skinless chicken thigh, even beef. Season it simply. Salt and pepper. Whatever kind of crushed spices you v i like to use a mixture of cumin and turmeric. If you had femme, paprika, it would be good. A bigger fan of the dry rub or the spiced one as opposed to marinade. You dont want to add extra moisture. No olive oil on this. If im using chicken ill do a drizzle of olive oil and ill stain my hands real quick with this. But for a fattier cut like pork shoulder or beef i dont add any extra fat. You like a chicken thigh. I love a chicken thigh. You have onions youll pair with the skewers calling in a lemony onion. A side dish. Any time youre using like a fatty charred cut of meat think about when you eat a hot dog, i talked about hot dolls for an hour already but you want something to cut through that fattiness and a nice way to do it is kind of like what i would call a no cook recipe. And, you know, this could be a bowl of cabbage, a bowl of onions or sliced fennel. The idea being youre quick pickling it. It doesnt have to be a fourhour deal. Were taking liberties. B a qck pickle. How long would you let it sit . While im grilling so anywhere from five to ten seas. A tart sort of its a berry but people call it a spice. Then youll do a sauce on the side. Wait, were knot done yet. Theres more. We can still see i can still continue to mix as long as theres no heat on or oven involved. This is basically just yogurt and i like to call it salty yogurt. The eater. Hes already here. Were not done. Oh, i have my yogurt. Designated eater. Had has yogurt, lemon and what else . And salt. You just serve that as like a condiment. Pretty lemmy and salty. The eater says, yes. Ther ys yes. Hes already on it. Make sure you get a little bit of that pickled onion. Im on it. Basically you want to char them until you want to get color on these bad boy. If im serving for a group of people i like to take that yogurt sauce. Im using my hands. How will it look altogether . A lot of veggies down here. I feel like, you know, if im bringing this out to my loved ones your new gma friends. Everybody in times. Just kind of smear a little bit of yogurt. That looks so good. That way any time somebody picks up a skewer they get a little bit of it. The skewers can go right on there like that. And basically. They look amazing. Serve it with all those pickles. You put this all of this on. Make one big amazing you can make sandwiches, wraps. It looks lovely. Im one step ahead of you. How is that looking. Dig in right now. Not bad for an amateur. Perfect.
