The tubbs fire did extensive damage wiping out entire communities and at the time one of the deadliest and most destructive wildfires in state history. Napa county are in on the agreement. That area was burned by the atlas area. The settlements do not affect resints or business who have taken legal action against the utility. Thats all still pending.
