The snow is sticking to the ground, sticking to the trees, and sticking to cars. The photographer who shot the video says there were very icy conditions at the time making it dangerous to drive. Of course if youre in the upper elevations you may not s snow but you will see cold temperatures and possible freezing conditions. Of course, be extra careful when youre driving out there. The chp says as many as four cars may have been involved in the crash. All lanes were closed for about 40 minutes while officers investigate. Its unclear how many people were injured. A dramatic end to a car chase in the east bay. Richmond Police Posted the photos of a car that crashed in a home. Two suspects are in custody. Police say an officer in the Iron Triangle neighborhood trying to stop a Dodge Challenger which was reported stolen in a carjacking. The driver refused to follow orders, stepped on the gas, and that led police on a chase. The suspects eventually crashed in that house and then tried to make a run for it with the help of witnesses and a k9 unit, both were arrested. No one was hurt.
