Police in oakland have maintained that tindel has believed to have had a weapon in his happen. According to the family, the video seems to show otherwise. I didnt see a gun. R. T. Officer reported hearing a gun shot outside of a west oakland station. He saw two men fighting on the ground and one of them shot in the leg.
