The Riverside County parents accused of holding their 13 children captive in their perris home have pleaded not guilty. David and Louise Turpin are charged with 75 counts for torturing, abusing and imprisoning their children for decades. The children were allegedly tied for shackled for weeks or months at a time and starved. The deprivation was so severe, the eldest daughter, age 29, weighs just 82 pounds.
