Tomorrow marks 81 years since the bridge first opened. They zoomed through many east bay communities a few weeks ago. This weekend, hundreds of motorcyclists may cause problems again. Police say social media has tipped them off there may be sideshows with people coming from all over the state. Abc 7 News Reporter katie utehs has more on what police are doing to get ready. Reporter swarms of motorcycle riders took over east bay roadways late last month. Police arrested five people and impounded vehicles. But it hasnt slowed side show activity. More is expected this weekend. Oakland Police Captain Randall Wingate says the street stunts stretch the department thin. This video shows the big cat being tranquilized by game wardens. Abc 7 news was in Diamond Heights as they carried him away. Someone spotted the cougar lurking in the bushes yesterday. Police cleared the area until the wardens moved in. Neighbors were shocked to see a Mountain Lion so close to home. One man is keeping a close eye on his dog. Im not going to let him out. He looks like a little bunny, hes a pomeranian. So we watch out for the hawks and the coyotes, now we have to watch out for Mountain Lions. Wardens say the quivering you see right there is normal. The Mountain Lion was not injured. It was released at the Crystal Springs reservoir in San Mateo County last night. He denies having a sexual encounter with an underage girl. Here is abc News Reporter Stephanie Ramos with what moore is saying about that accusation. Reporter roy moore, the republican Senate Candidate, is sticking to his guns, saying allegations that he molested a 14yearold girl when he was a 32yearold assistant district attorney, arent true. These allegations are completely false and misleading. Reporter a report by the Washington Post on thursday details allegations that moore tried to have relationships with several women when they were just 14 to 18 years old and he was in his 30s. Leigh corfman is one of those women. She tells the Washington Post moore took off his shirt and pants and touched her over her r bra and underpants and guided her to touch him as well. I dont know ms. Corfman from anybody. I never talked to her, never had any contact with her, allegations of Sexual Misconduct with her are completely false, i believe theyre politically motivated, brought only to stop a successful campaign. Reporter moores complain blasted out this email to supporters in an effort to raise money, saying we are in the midst of a spiritual battle with those who want to silence our message.
