If the conviction information was entered into the National Instant criminal background system it would have prevented the sale of the firearms that kelly bought and used in the attack. Sky 7 shows where the teen ran on to campus after being shot. A janitor found him, staff tried to treat his wounds but he later died at the hospital. He was a cool guy. Tramel mclow and john bivins are accused of two armed robberies. He was going through the rows to see who was shot and who wasnt. Rosanne who is still recovering from a bullet wound watched the shooting spree in horror. This morning more information about the killer. Military records show the former airman was convicted of Domestic Violence for abusing his then wife and 11 month old stepson. That record should have stopped him from being able to buy the murder weapon, but the air force admits they never gave the information to the fbi which maintains the database used for the background check. Sonoma county supervisors and the Santa Rosa City council will meet jointly to tackle recovery, housing and homelessness. Longterm Affordable Housing has become such a big issue since last months fires destroyed thousands of homes. City and county leaders are expected to discuss using tax revenue to rebuild. With the homeless rate three times the National Average they are expected to discuss a possible redesign in the way the government provides services. The Luther Burbank center for the arts in santa rosa will resume performances on thursday despite suffering fire damage. We visited the center last week. The main auditorium survived the flames but an east wing filled with classrooms and a smaller auditorium did not. Seven employees lost their homes and the center had to cancel half a dozen shows.
