A judge in sacramento ruled that the wording of a ballot measure to repeal the gas tax is misleading to voters. A lawsuit alleges the language to get rid of the gas tax written by the attorney general was intentionally deceptive. It said a yes vote would eliminate transportation funding and road repair projects. The Attorney Generals Office has to rewrite the summary. The judge was very clear. The attorney general has writ ann title in summary designed to mislead california voters. And essentially tried to prejudice them to keep this massive new gas tax of jerry brown.
