After raiding his home last month investigators claim they found pornography involving children as young as 6 given to him they say by the executive director of his charity, russell taylor. Prosecutors say tiler in custody on child pornography charges secretly reported children and shared videos with foggal for years. And subway has cut ties with fogel and we are told he agreed to pay 14 victims 100,000 each in restitution and faces a minimum of five years in prison. We had already ended our relationship with jared. A move by Oakland Police showing video to reporters from body cameras. Showing what police did during two recent deadly incidents. The video shows officers chasing him and at one point he runs towards the officers and then shots were fired. Police released a picture of the gun they say wilkes had. In san jose fire crews are still at the scene of what was a frightening fire. The flames raced through six acres in the foothills. The fire prompted a massive response from several agencies. People in the eastern foothills of san jose heard the huge response just before 10 00. It makes me a little nervous anytime there is this many responders from the Fire Department i feel like it is something to worry about, a bit of a concern. My kids thought it was kind of cool so that was the up side. About 150 people were here on the scene battling the flames overnight. Thankfully this fire was remote and did not threaten homes although one woman told me she did pack up belongings just in case. Who can blame her . A bay area woman has filed suit against costco accusing the warehouse chain of selling shrimp harvested with slave labor and misleading u. S. Consumers about that. The suit claims costco knowingly purchased from thailand where slave labor and Human Trafficking in the fishing industry are widespread and plaintiff asking for injunction to bar costco from selling products and to disclose to consumers how the product is sourced. This practice needs to stop and the truth about how the products are made and the human suffers and abuse needs to be exposed. Costco sent a statement to abc 7 news saying executives have been working with fisheries in thailand to resolve the concerns and are offering refunds to consumers who purchased those products. A contractor working to install a tesla charging station in virginia died from what officials suspect was electrocution. He was later discovered dead. An officerinvolved shooting triggers an investigation. Now another agency may be stepping in because of concerns over Excessive Force. We know only that a Security Camera shows the three armed suspects terrorizing before killing him. When police found them one was reaching for a gun when shot by police and the other was unarmed. Family and friends gather for a vigil when the 40yearold man was shot and killed by police. The issue of Excessive Force was raised. You are seeing the Public Confidence being questioned because of high profile cases where videos have shown officers have used Excessive Force. Reporter the San Jose Police officer tried to explain the point of view. Our officers are getting attacked. We are really concerned about that. Our officers have a right to defend themselves. Two people are still missing after a massive explosion at a motel 6 last night just west of seattle in the city of brimmerton. 16 rooms have been destroyed. A gas leak may be to blame. Two guests remain unaccounted for. Cadaver dogs didnt find victims in the debris and say cell phone pings indicate the phones are way south of the area. The motels manager is being hailed a hero for pulling the fire alarm and evacuating everyone minutes before the explosion. Some of them have children and were just happy to see the kids all together. Police say they are treating this explosion as a criminal investigation until evidence proves otherwise. Congestion relief for commuters who drive on the Richmond Bridge may be on the way. We have fire burning on both sides of tesla road, burning through a lot of heavy grass. I am getting reports about structures out there. I cant confirm it but i have been told that there are structures threatened in the area. We have currently got almeida county fire working with us and i have a total of 18 engines, five tankers, two helicopters, a number of hand crews and dozers working the fire.
