We have charged this individual as an adult with the crimes for which he is responsible. We are going to bring him to justice and there is no plea deal on anything. Court documents frame a chilling crime. The young suspect killed the victim while lying in wait. She was sexually assaulted in his apartment, the same complex where they both lived. Documents show madison was tied up or bound during the attack. Her body was left in a recycling bin. A motive for the crime is still unknown. Two wildfires between highway 101 and interstate 5 near lower lake. As you can see from sky 7hd flames reached one home and several out buildings. 500 residents in the area are now under evacuation orders. The fire rapidly grew to nearly five square miles in a matter of hours cal fire says it is burning in rugged terrain and it is bone dry.
