Early this Morning Police spotted this mans car, a 2000 red lincoln navigator, on leward drive. Moments later, officers took the man into custody. The person of interest is identified as 30yearold Martin Martinez of modesto. Officials have not said yet why they targeted him. Yesterday afternoon officers were called for a Security Check at a home on knob hill court. When they arrived they found five bodies inside, two adults, three children. Police have not released the victims identities, their ages whether theyre related or how long they have been dead. The search is on for a shooter in the east bay. Two men were shot near keller beach park in the Point Richmond neighborhood. Officers used dogs and walked loochk along the shore line looking for ifd. Evidence. Were told they picked up some shell casings. Both are expected to be okay. The family of the woman shot and killed at pier 14 will be traveling to washington, d. C. To push for change. Kate steinles parents and her brother will testify in front of the Senate Judiciary committee on tuesday. They hope to address sanctuary laws and what they believe needs to be done to prevent future tragedies from happening. All lanes of the highway reopened yesterday, thats where dozens of cars trucks, even boats burned on friday. Were trying to get out all these people their cars. Some people who abandoned their cars to evacuate had to pay up to 1100 in towing fees. People using drones delayed firefighting efforts at cajon pass for nearly half an hour friday. A spokeswoman for cal fire says the drones are becoming a problem at fires all over california. Firefighting planes will not fly if there are drones in the area. U. S. Forest service says five a of the Unmanned Aircraft were over the interstate friday. Officers found the operators and forced them to stop flying. The channels cut right next to where whales are feeding. A man walking his dog in gilroy took this picture during a Close Encounter with a Mountain Lion last thursday. It happened near tee tree way. The man says the Mountain Lion jumped down from a tree stood about 5 feet away and briefly followed as he slowly walked away. Two other Mountain Lion sightings were reported in gilroy earlier in the week. There are new concerns over a pricey cup of coffee made from cat poop. Had to turn back yesterday afternoon because of lightning. And a southwest flight from oakland to Orange County landed safely after being struck by lightning. Dramatic flood video out of arizona. Water washed away roads and flowed right next to homes. Several mobile homes were simply washed away. Several other houses are threatened. The family of the alleged shooter Mohammad Youssuf abdulazeez has apologized for his actions saying he has suffered from depression for years. Five Service Members died when be abdulazeez alledgedly opened fire on two military installation installations. Law enforcement agencies tell abc news his motivation remains unknown. Well, yet another strange turn in the case of bill cosby. The New York Times has found a complete testxt of that deposition he gave back in 2005 when he was being sued by a woman claiming he molested her. This new document provides a much more detailed and disturb disturbing picture. Elizabeth her Elizabeth Herr has the latest. Reporter in a tenyearold deposition, the New York Times says bill cosby admits you said oath that he was a serialed a dull it terer who tried it hard to keep it from his wife. Cosby testified in a lawsuit filed against him by a young woman named andrea who accused him of drugging and molesting her. Cosby ended up settling the lawsuit. A source close to cosby had previously told abc news the old reason mr. Cosby settled was because it would have been embarrassing in those days to put all those women on the stand and his family had no clue. That would have been very hurtful. In his testimony the times says the comedian discusses romancing and seducing women. He reportedly describes sexual encounters with multiple women but the times says his manner was largely one of casual indifference. The paper says he admits to giving some of them quaaludes but denies it was without their knowledge. More than two dozen women have since accused him of sexual assault, some alleging he drugged them.
