An unwanted person was removed at 4:45 a.m. from the 200 block of Dwight Street. 
A 56-year-old woman Missouri was ticketed at 7:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Tenney Street for speeding 52 in a 30 mph zone. 
No injuries or citations were reported at 9 a.m. in the 300 block of East Second Street after a vehicle struck another vehicle.
A 45-year-old Kewanee man was ticketed at 10 a.m. in the 700 block of Tenney Street for speeding 52 in a 35 mph zone. 
A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12 p.m. in the 100 block of West First Street.
