SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Kevin Ray Hettich, 51, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was killed May 1, 2021.
He was born Jan. 4, 1970, and graduated from Forest Park High School. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army until his honorable discharge.
Survivors include his mother, Gloria (Hettich) Frederickson; sister, Brenda (Hettich) Weck; two daughters, Grace and Paige Hettich; and one son, Caleb Fornelius.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Mickey Hettich, and grandparents, Ray and Fleurette Rosander.
