Kerala's Pinarayi Vijayan to protest in Delhi over financial embargo from Centre, day after Siddaramaiah's sit in

Vijayan will become the second chief minister in two days to take his regime to Delhi to strike, a day after Karnataka CM Siddaramaiahs sit-in at the same location for the same cause.
