Kerala High Court partly sets aside order to seize illegal firecrackers; ban on bursting crackers at night to remain

The High Court said that crackers shall not be burst between 10 pm and 6 am unless State authorities pass orders for each religious place in accordance with the observations of the Supreme Court in In:Re Noise Pollution.
