Kerala HC upholds Governor's appointment of Ciza Thomas as VC

The Kerala High Court on Tuesday upheld the order issued by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan appointing Ciza Thomas as the vice-chancellor (in-charge) of the Kerala Technological University (KTU).
